custom shelf solutions (the “Company”) warrants its custom pull-out shelving parts and products to be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase under normal home use. This warranty is offered only to the original consumer purchaser and may not be transferred unless approved in writing.

How Long the Limited Lifetime Warranty Lasts

Coverage for all custom pull-out shelving products distributed by the Company lasts for the life of the product while installed in its original location.

custom shelf solutions (the “Company”) warrants its Basic pull-out shelving parts and products to be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase under normal home use. This warranty is offered only to the original consumer purchaser and may not be transferred unless approved in writing.

How Long the Limited Three-Year Warranty Lasts

Coverage for all Basic pull-out shelving products distributed by the Company lasts for three years from the date of installation while installed in its original location.
